Payment Methods

The following are our accepted forms of payment

Bank Transfer

On receipt of our invoice you may pay us by a direct bank transfer to our bank account in the UK or in Kiev. Our bank details will be supplied on the invoice. International bank transfers may take upto 7 days to reach our banks in the UK or in Ukraine.

Cheque

We accept personal and company UK cheques made payable to our Parent Company 'Ukraine Adventures'

cash payment
Cash Deposit into our Bank

For late bookings we will ask you to deposit cash into our bank account. This can be done through any branch of Barclays Bank in the UK

visa and mastercard payments through PayPal

PayPal

We will send you your invoice through PayPal. PayPal accept Visa, Mastercard debit and credit cards, American Express etc. Please note we will charge 3.4 % for the use of this service. Clients making payments through PayPal from a country other than from within the UK will be responsible for PayPal's cross border fees.

Western Union

Payments may be made by Western Union either to us or to our partners in Kiev. For very late bookings we may ask you to send payment direct to our representative / partners in Ukraine to secure your bookings / reservations


All hotel reservations and bookings for all services will incur a 2.75% booking fee.


Hotels Around Ukraine arrange all Ukrainian travel and holiday arrangements through our trading partners who are licenced members of IATA, ATOL, UATO, ASTA, PATA and the State Tourist Administration of Ukraine
